Delivery

The Yamato Transport company ensures deliveries.
Orders are shipped within 3 days. In the event of numerous orders, depending on the calendar (end-of-year holidays, extended holidays), the region and traffic conditions, delivery may be delayed. Depending on the day and time of the order, processing times may vary.
For cosmetics and health products, shipping takes 7-10 days.

In the event that the delivered product is soiled or damaged, please contact us by telephone and then return the product (choose the cash on delivery option).
We will send you another product as soon as possible.
Please note that if the exchange item is sold out, the organization undertakes to reimburse you.
